This class is ideally suited for students who have a minimum of 2 years Iyengar Yoga experience and have developed an understanding of the basic principles of Iyengar Yoga.
Students should be familiar with the Sanskrit names for Yogasanas and are expected to hold Sirsasana (independent/supported) and Sarvangasana (independent/supported) for at least 5 mins.  
The class will focus on working towards asanas covered on Iyengar Yoga Level 2 & 3 syllabus. Linking  from the basic asanas to the ones demanding a more complex range of flexibility and strength. The practice will be underpinned by references to Yoga Philosophy as the key foundation to understanding Yoga.

Requirements
Yoga equipment (Mat, 4 blocks, 2 bricks, 2 belts, 2 blankets and a bolster) and a chair to help enhance your practice. The hall has some chairs but you may want to bring your Yoga chair
